My autistic daughter is very comfortable here. I'm not sure what it is about this place and the environment... But she is at peace she has A history of screaming and other behaviors, she was having melt downs almost EVERYDAY SMH however we have been here for about 6 weeks and she has had only ONE situation which is AMAZING!!! ... Thank you for accommodating my family Sir we will forever be grateful

Great value! The rooms are very basic but renovated and clean. Perfect for a stopover stay. Good location. The rooms do have microwave and refrigerator, so this should be updated with the amenities section. We were very happy to find this motel.

The maintenance guy removed something off my car for me I asked him to do it when he had time it was no rush... One day I came out the room and the piece was off... I said "Awww that was really Sweet! I APPRECIATE YOU SIR!!!

Room was perfect for my mom and I. The handicap parking spot was right in front of our door. Location was close to my work and plenary of choices for food. Had a washer and dryer available which was great.

The room was very clean and front desk was very friendly and professional. Was able to park car right out front of room and felt safe. Plenty of room for my dogs.

Let's face it you get what you pay for and yes this place was very inexpensive but the staff was great they were very friendly and prepared for our arrival

I love this place. Carlisle PA is the half way point between Pittsburgh and New York City. I've traveled probably about 180 times in the 30 years I've been in New York and this very friendly little motel is very inexpensive and right off the PA turnpike. They have a fridge and a microwave and if you know where to go it's simply an easy option if you don't feel like "driving all the way." Carlisle is a wonderful, beautiful, and historic Civil War town. Fun to explore.

Room was clean, smelled fine, and everything was in order. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Parking was safe and right outside the room. I fully recommend the American Inn as an affordable and well-placed alternative to most of the lower-priced motels in the area.

Immaculately clean Excellent tv channel selection Large room Comfortable bed and excellent pillows By far, one of the most hospitable and friendly front staff I’ve ever met. Right off turnpike-excellent location Super quiet area Incredibly affordable.

Everything!!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate, spacious, and modern. The room was very comfortable to be in.
